The Heritage Wine Store & Bottle Shop is proud to welcome one of Western Australia's most exciting small producers to the tasting table.
Faber Vineyard was established in 1997 by John Griffiths and Jane Micallef with Faber being the Latin word for craft. The name was chosen because John believes winemaking is a craft, a skill learnt but never perfected. John Griffiths spent 10 years learning the skills of making highly drinkable wines in warm climates before arriving in the Swan Valley. He recognized that the Swan Valley was unique in its ability to produce delicate, refined white wines, smooth generously flavoured and long-lived red wines, and extremely rich luscious liqueur styles. As he refined his winemaking skills he learnt about the proven grape varieties and wine styles that had over one hundred years of development and success in the Swan Valley.

There is a limited amount of the tasting wines available to purchase on the night, with orders able to be placed for larger quantities.
The value of your ticket is redeemable for purchases of three bottles or more made on the night.
Our in-store tastings are held on the last Thursday of each month and are designed to be a casual yet informative conversation about the world of wine.
The tastings are limited at 10 people per session and are a seated tasting conducted in our Wine Store & Bottle Shop. The store is open to the public during the tasting.
