  • ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Based in Port Melbourne, Starward was founded by David Vitale in 2007, with the aim of producing a distinctly Australian whisky he could offer to the world. Using Melbourne's famous foodie culture and the Australian wine scene as inspiration all of their ingredients are sourced from within a day's drive of the Port Melbourne distillery.
